  I will be sending a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week in addition to this booking enquiry to the address as shown on the contact page (if you click this link it will open a new window). I understand the final balance together with a damage deposit of £100, which will be returned upon receipt of the key, is due eight weeks before departure. If the final balance is not paid by the due date, I accept that you have the right to re-let the villa for this period.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your villa booking, all monies paid will be refunded and there will be no further liability.
